Hi! My name is Kristen Dodd. I am a registered dietitian and certified group fitness instructor with a passion for helping people find their way to a lifestyle of balance and good health. I have a bachelor’s of science in Nutritional Sciences/Dietetics and a master’s degree in Nutrition. I have had a passion for guiding others on their journey to health for as long as I can remember. I believe in practicing a balanced approach where nothing is off limits and life is about enjoying and savoring all the foods we love in moderation.
As for my fitness background, I have taught Step Aerobics, Kickboxing, Spin, Strength Training and Boot Camp. I have always enjoyed staying active. Growing up, I danced for 16 years, played softball for 10 and competed in swimming for 8. When I got to college, I picked up distance running and have since competed in both half and full marathons. I actually just finished the Boston Marathon in April 2016, which was one of the best experiences of my life! I have not always been a runner, but with hard work, dedication and finding passion in what you do, nothing is impossible!
